Beebet Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Beebet platform and all associated services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any game or betting service on Beebet, you are considered to have accepted all of these Terms.

Beebet ("we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms apply in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms for individual games or promotions may also apply. Together, these documents constitute the complete agreement governing your use of Beebet.

The following conditions must be met to open a valid account on Beebet:

• Each individual may register a maximum of one account.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Your account is for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of third parties or using their funds is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.

If multiple accounts are found, Beebet reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit the related balances.

Beebet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure responsible gaming. For withdrawals above a certain amount or in specific circumstances, you may be asked to provide one of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Driving Licence
• Mobile Banking Account Verification

Beebet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until KYC is completed. Refusal to provide the required information may result in permanent account closure.

Deposited funds must only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Depositing third-party funds is prohibited, and if detected, your account will be immediately closed.

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from Beebet:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, Beebet may temporarily suspend withdrawals pending an investigation.

Under normal circumstances, approved withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. Large withdrawals exceeding the standard limit may take up to 24 hours.

Beebet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a wagering amount of 10x–30x the bonus value before withdrawal. Each offer specifies this individually.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being credited.
• One bonus per account: The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games and cannot be used on others.
• Bonus Cancellation: If the terms are violated, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Beebet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time. Receiving a bonus offer is not guaranteed — it is entirely at Beebet's discretion.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Beebet:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash out feature is available).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Beebet reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded.
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg's odds are counted as 1.00.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market, and Beebet may update them at any time.

All casino games on Beebet use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

For live casino games, if a technical disconnection occurs, the outcome will be settled according to the state recorded on the server. No complaints will be accepted in such circumstances.

• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the game software is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software or system vulnerabilities will be voided.
• Beebet may temporarily suspend games at any time for maintenance purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Beebet and may result in immediate account termination:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse through the use of multiple accounts ("Bonus Abuse").
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Operating an account using a third party's funds or identity.
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against Beebet's systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

If such activity is proven, Beebet also reserves the right to take legal action against the individuals involved.

Beebet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Refusal to provide information during KYC verification.
• Upon the user's own request to close the account.

If there is a valid balance in your account at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, that balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@beebet.ws.

Beebet is an entertainment platform. You must play with full awareness of the risk of losing money in betting and gaming. Beebet is not responsible for:

• Financial losses from betting or gaming.
• Game or bet cancellation due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.

Beebet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date on the website, and users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

After any changes take effect, continuing to use Beebet will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, please stop using your account and contact support.
